Strong Cigars

Do you think the current trend towards stronger and stronger cigars is a good thing?

Yes. Although its been said the smaller ring sizes produce the best flavor and smoke experience, I prefer the larger ring sized, stronger, or full bodied, cigar. Same with my beer and liquors. Don’t water it down, don’t lighten it, let me have the full on taste.

Strength preferences is, to me, a function of the number smoked per day. I smoke up to 10 per day. Been smoking cigars since I was 21 years old, will be 80 this year and have no ill effects. I work out twice a week with a group of young men and have no problem keeping up with them.I smoke mild to medium cigars and do not like the trend to strong cigars.

Your informational articles are well appreciated. Thank you
